week the participants learn a wide variety of exercises that improve their stability, strength, and metabolism. By the third week of the camp their bodies are typically adjusting to the new routine and working out becomes a habit. Around this phase the workouts are changed or altered to progress the group and challenge them even more. Now a 3-4 week focus on maximal strength really progresses the camp. This allows the participants to increase their reps and resistance levels which in turn leads to burning more body fat.
Using before and after photos, pre and post measurements, or other assessments you are able to see how much your fitness has improved in such a short time. Many people experience nothing less than a transformation in their physique and their lifestyle.
