About Class Levels

Beginner: Beginner classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. These classes are low impact and have a strong focus on basic movement patterns, lightweight resistance training, and on improving the stabilization of the entire body's joints and muscular systems. 

Beast: Beast is an intermediate class. It means you have some general knowledge on basic form during exercise and can maintain an elevated heart rate during 3-6 minute intervals. Beast will usually include workouts with some weights but also may include heavy bag work, battle ropes, ladder drills, sprints, cardio and more.

Brutal: Brutal is a high performance class. There may be little to no rest with a heavy emphasis on circuit training, H.I.I.T., Weightlifting, Speed agility and quickness drills, or hyper focused on particular muscle groups to improve strength and or muscle size.

*CLASSES LAST 45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR
Monday: Group Training-Level Beast-6pm-6:45pm (Bodyweight, Some Cardio, Lightweight Dumbbells)
                  Strength Training 101- Level Beast-7pm-7:45pm (Weightlifting and Strength Training)

Tuesday: Beginner Band & Stabilization - 6:00pm-6:30pm (Low Impact Strength Training with Bands, Bodyweight & Aerobics)
                   Cardio Max-Level BRUTAL- 6:45-7:45 (H.I.I.T) (High Intensity Cardio Drills Including Boxing, Battle Ropes, Jumping, You name it! You might Die..)

Wednesday:Group Training-Level Beast-6pm-6:45pm
                         Strength Training 101- Level Beast-7pm-7:45pm

Thursday:Beginner Band & Stabilization - 6:00pm-6:30
                   Cardio Max-Level BRUTAL- 6:45-7:45 (H.I.I.T.)

Friday:Ladies Group Training-Level Beast-6pm-6:45pm
             Strength Training 101- Level Beast-7pm-7:45pm
